/ What it does

From the empty server to the members who stay.

Every line below is something the bot does today. The dashboard explains each of them while you set it up.

01 / 04

Set up

The server itself: its layout, its bot, and the tour that walks you through the settings.

Server blueprints

A complete layout for a gaming, crypto & Web3, creator, brand or esports community, applied in one Apply. The bot never asks for Administrator to do it.

A guided tour along every page

98 steps across the 23 dashboard pages, one setting at a time, with the explanation next to it.

Your own bot identity

The bot can run in your server under your own name and avatar, with the same features.

02 / 04

Keep safe

A door with a lock, rules that act, and a record of everything that happened.

Captcha verification

A picture grid before anyone can talk. New members solve it, and the server opens for them.

AutoMod

Ten rules on top of Discord’s own, each with the action you choose: delete, warn, a one-hour timeout, kick or ban. A scam-link check is always on.

Moderation with a warning ladder

Warnings count toward a limit, and the limit acts. The moderation commands to go with it.

Nine kinds of log

Each kind goes to the channel you choose, so the record is where your team looks.

Security audit

A check of your server’s permissions, with a score and the findings to fix.

03 / 04

Grow

The reasons people come back, and the roles and rewards that go with them.

Leveling & XP

XP for taking part, levels that follow it, and roles handed out at the levels you set.

Tickets with transcripts

A member opens a ticket, staff answers in private, and a transcript is filed when it closes.

Giveaways by reaction

Post it, members enter with a reaction, the bot draws the winners.

Reaction roles

Members pick their own roles with a reaction on a message you designed.

Invite tracking with ranks

Who brought whom, and ranks handed out at a number of invites.

A shop that spends XP

The XP members earned buys the roles and rewards you put in the shop.

04 / 04

What keeps a live server ticking from day to day, without anyone having to remember.

Recurring and embed messages

Messages that post on a schedule, and designed embeds the dashboard writes for you.

Member counters

Channels that show the numbers, kept up to date by the bot.

Game server panels

Panels for CS2, CS:GO, TF2, Rust, ARK and other Source games, live in a channel.

Your X feed

Posts from your X (Twitter) account, delivered to a channel of your choice.

/ Under the hood

Built the way a company would build it.

A bot sits inside other people’s communities with real permissions and a card on file. So the permissions are a written list, the settings explain themselves, and the money side is done properly.

Never Administrator

The bot never asks for Administrator. Its permissions are a written list of exactly what its features need, and the server setup page tells you when Discord needs one step from you.

A tour written by people

98 steps along the 23 dashboard pages, each explaining the setting in front of you. Stop anywhere, pick up later.

Apply, with a preview first

A blueprint is compared with your server before anything happens. You see exactly what would change, decide per channel you already have, and then apply it in one go.

Billed per server

Stripe Checkout, with VAT added where it applies. Per server, not per member, cancelled from the billing page whenever you like. Pro comes with a 14-day trial and no card.

/ The story

The problem

It started in one gaming community. A server that needed a captcha at the door, a layout a new member could understand, tickets for the people who got stuck and a log of what happened, and that had a stack of bots doing bits of it: each with its own dashboard, its own invitation, its own set of permissions, and one of them holding Administrator because that was easier than working out what it needed. Nothing was broken, exactly. It was just never finished, and nobody could say where the rules actually lived.

What we did

We built one bot to do the whole job for that server. Then, instead of leaving a one-off behind, we rebuilt it as a product: a dashboard that explains itself, with a guided tour along all 23 pages and the explanation next to the setting it belongs to, every sentence checked against the code that does the work. The layout of a server became a blueprint you apply in one go. And the bot never asks for Administrator; it runs on a written list of permissions.
