The challenge
Staff were juggling spreadsheets, phone calls and paper diaries, and double bookings were a daily problem.

We built one system for scheduling, staff and reporting, available around the clock and easy enough to use on a busy day.
The result
Admin work dropped by sixty percent, the system is up around the clock and it now runs five locations at once.
