The challenge
Their old tool buckled under load and reports took minutes to open. People stopped trusting the numbers.
What we did
We rebuilt the backend around a proper Postgres model, added real time charts and designed an interface that stays calm even with a lot of data on screen.
The result
Dashboards now open in seconds, the platform carries forty thousand users and the team plans its week around it again.
